i'm genetically predisposed to be a liquor chugging machine. my dad has been a massive alcoholic now for 45 years and he's still 6'4 and 170 lbs, all muscle, perfectly fit (with exception of his liver of course)
i gained 5 lbs in the past 5 years. however, i think the genetical disposition of my people allows to drink massively and retain a very high metabolism. i mean, how many fat russians do you really see?
all i know is i've been drinking just about non stop for 8 years now and i'm still 6'1 and 135 lbs :cool: |
