yeah, I'm trying to do them by genre. It's so funny. I have like 20 different genre folders and I think half of my mp3s are in more than one folder. It has become my worst nightmare. But kind of like something to do in my spare time. I click...listen...discog it...find it...if I disagree with the discog "style" I google it...ask in irc...and finally stick it in a folder or in multiple folders...while listening.
But as I go through this process, I have this Encyclopedia of my Music which is like a catalog that I put notes in and it's already back up to 20 pages (I lost the original one). And I do learn things. Like I had no idea that Ivan and LSG are Oliver Lieb or that 4 Voice = Pete Namlook.
My point is...

Yeah, in my Encyclopedia of Music, I also record date released. It's so funny. Some of this stuff that I think has been around for years and years and I'm just now listening to it was actually released in March 2006 or May 2006. And then I get something 'new' and discog it and it's older than me.
This is how I amuse myself. la la la.
