[trance n stuff] Tyler C - Conviction (Summer 2006 Demo)

This is my first trance demo in probably 6 months. There are one or two mixes I wish I had EQd a little more cleanly, but I had to get this done the night before a big show, so I did it in one take.

| WOOT this sounds great man. I like your original tracks on there too. I haven't given it a full proper listen yet - at proper volume I should add - but I will in very due time and at that point I will post a proper review. Just scanning through the tracks, I am hearing some killer trance. THANKS! |

awesome intro - what program did you use to write this?
although a little long for all purposes...
a little PPK - Resurrection sound to the second one - I like it, kicks in decently.
very good mix into the 3rd song, i like the the little drum kick before the bassline switches.
very smooth transitions so far and good blend in between songs - you're not trying to push the issue, so to speak, with anything - it flows
i think the forth or the fifth song - the breakdown is a little long for my tastes but it's alright - maybe use it later in the set i was still getting into it and the song just kinda hampered my groove
good mix afterwards tho and a good song to start building up my energy again.
great mix and another great song - Threshold I think - great tune from Anjuna - they always find good talent.
didn't enjoy the next mix... there's a dropoff in EQ somewhere.
good mixing on the last mix - second to last song was very energetic.
actually i'd probably end it with that second to last song - last one was a bit upending.
very good set, it's been a while since i've properly listened to trance so thank you for the opportunity - i think your productions are great and you definitely have a little taste for a prog sound in your trance (with the bells and everything). Good mixing all around and a very smooth selection of trance. |

ohh, you used "topside" instead of "no one knows"! thank god, cos it's a much better track from o'bir.
i'm gonna check it out, looks a little proggy (not a bad thing, i usually spin more euphoric , so that's just me). |
