It's freaking ridiculous what these companies do to keep customers. Slimy and annoying. I know from friends who worked at MSN that MSN also has a very similar policy and customers must jump through a load of hoops to cancel accounts. |

i don't even answer my phone if it's an unknown number, or it's coming from a 1-866 etc...
accidently picked up yesterday, damn credit cards offering their "new services" again...I think they have a guide on what to say if the customer says "no", only option is to hang up...the word "no" doesn't mean jack to them
cancelling my cell a few years ago with rogers was almost as bad as this AOL clip, as they tried to sell me a "reduced" plan for "emergency" use LOL |
