i dont "grind" with anyone when i'm dancing to hip hop. i dance by myself. i just find it easier to move to and my body just flows with it better than with edm, that's all. i have rhythm is what i'm saying. i did cheerleading and dance when i was younger, and if i stuck with it and was all about it, i could easily be a backup dancer like in the videos because i know how to dance like that. i'm not talking about dancing like a slut with someone. i'm talking about like real hip hop dancing. i think it's hot when a girl can dance to hip hop.
i can dance to edm too, it's just different. i actually kinda use the same moves, but i guess i just enjoy dancing to hip hop more than edm. i love both genres equally though. :) |

it took going to edm clubs to realize how my body was actually capable of dancing
for me, all i can seem to do to hip-hop music is wiggle my hips back and forth but if i put a bandana and big hoop earrings on I suddenly can do the c-walk |

i can do the moonwalk quite well actually. hahah i busted it out in front of my boyfriend one day cuz we have tile in the apt. and i had slippery socks on and he almost his pants. he always bugs me to do it for him. like if we're in the grocery store he's like, "i dare you to do the moonwalk right now" lol
the only thing with me is that i'm actually kinda shy. i dont really feel comfortable getting up on a speaker or whatever or generating a crowd around me while i "bust moves"....so unless i'm pretty drunk, i'm not really into dancing all night. i gotta get a few drinks in me first:p |
