i'm sorry you guys!!
I was scared after the last 2 times pvd was in miami [jan + wmc reviews were horrible!]and this thread.. but last night he absolutely killed it!
one of the best nights EVER.. PVD played in zee PATIO :eyespop: |

Actually the more and more I read through that thread for the Florida review it seemed like it was a lot like the show we had, even the Ableton edit of ATRC. And about a half hour to 45min. of electro house and like that. There was also a large portion in the beginning where I couldn't ID but it was all bangin'. Pretty much after Aalto - 5 which was two tunes in it was all bangin' IDs for about an hour or so, then came house.

yeah .. i fugured too he played the same order control freak then aalto 5.. but he played for 4 hours here.. and it was in the patio.
but that was waay early in the night and he played 4 or 5 tops of electro track.. then went banging again with marco v and more Giuseppe tracks! :crazy: |

He didn't play any Marco V tracks to my recollection which sucks because they PWN live! :( |

i feel like paul is going to cut back on spinning soon. maybe within 5 years or so. :confused:
anyhow, it was interesting to see such a diverse crowd. in age, race, style, etc. scott, it's ALWAYS great seeing you. :) haha. i enjoyed meeting everyone that i did as well. :) i love anyone who loves pvd. haha.
and YES. november owned me so much more. but i love paul, so even his okay night is good for me. :) i need to make a shirt that says "take me back to 98" or something roughly around that. haha. i really want to hear a slammin set like he used to spin, and not for the masses, just for me. ;) lol
ok. well, maybe i'll see everyone next time paul plays in atlanta. :) |
