funny notepad issue

There is some technical flaw/bug in notepad
It happens with most of the strings with 4-3-3-5 letters
1. open/start a new notepad file
2. type "bush hid the facts" (without the quotes, in lower case only)
3. save it as whatever you want
4. close the file
5. now re-open the file..... |

it isnt just that string, it works with all kinds of different ones.
