Check out this claim made by the manufacturers of this $485.00 volume control knob. :haha:
"The beech wood is coated several times with C37 lacquer for best sound as pointed out by Dieter Ennemoser. How can this make a difference??? Well, hearing is believing as we always say. The sound becomes much more open and free flowing with a nice improvement in resolution. Dynamics are better and overall naturalness is improved." :haha:

This particular cable has not been discussed, but in the following thread I explain how the (other) cable in question is either breaking the laws of physics as we know them, or their designers have come up with groundbreaking ideas and put them into practice, which will force us to rewrite our physics texts.

Hmmm interconnects and cables do have an effect. But so long as you don't buy the totally stuff and it is shielded to an extent it should be ok.
But it most definatly does have an effect.
What is amusing though is when people spend that much not realising that the actual printed circuit board inside the frigging thing probebly has 1) copper, 2) solder. :toothless
But the totally gash cables you can tell though. Exspecially is there is interferenace around. |

You'd think as soon as the signal reaches the speaker cone wire any benefits would instantaneously dissapear. It's all pseudo science and fraud. Albeit a profitable one. :stongue: |
