There's another video on CNN with an interview with the kid who got knocked out and his dad. It's from American Morning this morning. His dad's the one who released the tape to the media, after this happend 3 months ago and the DA refuses to move forward with charges.
Apparently, the kid was knocked out from the first punch, though the other kid continued beating him after he was unconscious |
