DJM 600 question

I'm running Final Scratch 2 built in Traktor DJ Studio 3, and I have a problem. I have no output on the left channel. I tried to check the problem against some potential defects:
-Channel 2(the channel at issue right now) functions normally with the input selector at Phono(with a normal record), so it's not the actual channel on the mixer itself
-Channel 2 functions normally with the input selector at LineIn/CD.
So, it's not the channel itself.
The problem is, I tried connecting an external source(my laptop: RCA from my headphone output to the LineIn on channel 2), and while it works, when I run Traktor DJ Studio 3, the left channel on channel 2 is dead.
Any suggestions? All the connections are correct, and my speakers work fine.

If you are shure all your cables are connected in the right way, check the routing in preferences, should look like this:
If't still doensn't work, try reinstalling the amp-drivers, or try posting on the Traktor forum to get more help...
