nils, i think the best way for you to go is
Holland Tunnel to the West Side Highway South which will eventually wrap around to the FDR North, then proceed to hit the Brooklyn Bridge. Jay Street is just under the BKLYN Bridge so from there you should be alright.
Just be careful when you are on the W.Highway S that you don't get on the Battery Park Tunnel ($4.50 toll). |
