i wanted that phone. pain in the ass to get in the US. but if i can sort it out my 6133 nokia should be ok. camera is a bit , but i got a GB of microSD for 6 dollars so i can use it for something.
plus it has active standby from the nicer nokias so most of the features are available from the GUI|

dont like that faux analog watch face screen, and i dont use it... |

I really like this one :) No irritating joystick to break either, which is nice. |

The CPU isn't bad, for a Windows-based smartphone. I haven't had any crash/lock-up issues on the Q, yet.

i've been meaning to ask you about the Q. I mean I've used the Q from Verizon but never for sprint. I'm not really a fan since its way wide compared to the blackjack but I'm still teetering on the fence and i desperately need myself a smartphone pda.
more importantly, how is the battery life? and how well does it synch with multiple inboxes on multiple accounts? reason i ask is i have 3 business email accounts i need to keep on tab as well as 2 personal ones. so you can imagine the exchange that needs to take place on a daily basis for me...it's quite high in contrast to how much that goes on in my head without one!
then again i'm completely geeked out with 3 computers at home an 3 at work so bleh...
so treo, blackberry, or the moto q which are the only ones available to sprint that i'd consider. just compared to the blackjack, it leaves much to be desired imho |

if i was in your position, i would most likely go with either the treo or the blackberry. Blackberry pwns everyone else in email capabilities, while in my opinion the treo has a great operating system, and its overall design is great. I have the t-mobile dash, because thats the only good smartphone that my local tmobile store had, but my next smartphone, will probably be a treo. |

i hear ya, i mean for me all signs point towards treo 755 but i dont want to be carrying around a brick everywhere i go hence why the Q and the blackberry are viable options. Last I need is to lug around a treo into a club |

Brian, for anything OTHER than email the bb sucks. if your using it SOLELY for email purposes then go bb. otherwise go windows mobile.
on the synching..are you synching from multiple machines? windows mobile doesnt allow that. you can sync multiple email accounts but you cant sync the same things with multiple machines.
oh and remember. the Q is a SMARTPHONE. the XV and Treo are PDA phones. the OS is VERY different. WM 5 Smartphone ED. has a lot of features removed. it also doesnt support as much. finding apps for it isnt as easy. |

Also, my Q has been being an ass lately--refusing to send messages on MSN at random times. Boo. |
