looks cool to mess around with. must be kinda hard remembering what each button does when its not labelled. also, it costs $500.

What would you need in terms of hardware, to get simialr easy of use out of Ableton? |

well really a basic midi keyboard with enough sliders/knobs...
trigger the sounds with the keys on the keyboard and control levels with the knobs and sliders
i do it all the time
i make all my riffs and then cue them to keys and then just click em on and off as i want them to come in and out of the track...then do a second pass (just for the sake of better concentration) and do the levels/fx |
