Sander Van Dooren in Atlanta?

I am not sure if we ever had the pleaseure of having him in ATL. If so, could please someone let me know how the experience was. I am just now starting to discover some of his music and, my god, his sets sound crazy. And if he never was here, then how fast can we get him here? Just wanted to know. :D

I don't think we've ever had him here. Atlanta seems very finicky about any trance-related dj they bring here.

True, but evertime I went to see PvD here and he played a trance clasic that was a little faster then the usual, people just went crazy and Sander is just that kind of guy. I believe that 1150 could get a packed house if Sander was to come by.

By the way if this doesn't make any sense, I am sorry but I am a little, how can I say, inibriated. I hope I just spelled that right.

Inebriated I believe :p

No doubt Sander would play a hell of a set, but it's just hard packing the Atlanta clubs with new names that aren't exceedingly well-established it seems. Hell, Markus was here not too long ago and from what I could see the club wasn't even that full for his show.

SvD I doubt would procure that large of an audience even if both you and I would be soooo innnn, depending on the age restrictions.

SvD had an explosive Essential Mix last saturday. How can you say that he isn't established if he's featured on Radio1? They don't let any bedroom DJ get onto that show. Liquified, bring him on!

If you book it, we will come ;)

Just because you have an Essential Mix doesn't mean you've established entire world-wide credit. When was the last time Tiefschwarz, Black Strobe, Ame, or anybody of the like were here and they all have had or are going to have an Essential Mix. I don't believe Markus has had an Essential Mix, but he's a far more well-known name as opposed to Sander.

Sander would not draw a crowd I don't think. It wouldn't be marketable, at least this is how I see it.

Maybe Liquified can trump me and make me stand corrected, because I'd love to go.

Yep. I hope that Liquified proofes you wrong and brings Sander and that he does sell out. Would be nice. Or even better, team him up with somebody that does have a name, like AvB or something. Now that would be the greatest. Oh well, we can only hope. However, I am going to AvB tonight and have me some good ol' time.

I've had the privilege of seeing Sander van Doorn only once for an hour at the Spundae Pool Party during WMC, and he did an amazing job.
