Yeah, every minute.
Henry's Broadway act was decisive in the game. But Peja Mijatovic was the master, no doubt. |
last time I checked the score was 3-1. henry didnt dive in the penalty box and he was actually pushed away from the ball so the call wouldve been made anyway (only it didnt deserve a yellow card).
serves you well for all your years and years of diving. |

| henry's fall wasn't a dive, since contact was made with the other player. however it WAS over-dramatised & he still deserves a hard slap for it (maybe he'd have something to hold his face about then :p ) |

Italy have a large amount of 'Fake Injury' and 'Bullying Referee' to go with their simulation. Hardly a surprise there. |

At least I can be proud of the US for one thing in this tourney. |

Henry pushed Puyol, and made his act to win the fault, that resulted in the 2-1. And the penalty for Spain, was.
Also I don't understand why you say "all your years and years of diving" and all you say about Spain. You're simply anti-spanish or what? |

I wasnt disputing the penalty. but dont act like france taking one dive (which spain was also guilty of doing) was what cost you the game. france played better and even popped a third one to make it a "fair" victory so you have no right to bitch. plus its not like it was a penalty for them, it was a free kick and they made good use of it. poor defending from spain.
and im 'anti' any team that is known for playing dirty and thats exactly what spain are about. only they barely ever called on it (probably because they dont make it far in the first place). |

Henry's act did cost the victory: Henry made fault, not Puyol, but Thierry likes theatre and the ref was very innocent. No fault, no 2-1 (at this moment), and maybe no counterattack for the 3-1. So any has the right to "bitch" about it.
Spain, the only dive they made in the tournament was Torres one against Ukraine. Pablo's foot was treaded on by a french, so it was a penalty.
And yes, France played well, the way they planned: pressure, steal, counterattack, a lot of people in the middle...

Yeah, we break rivals' legs every game, we cheat (for example in 2002, pure cheat, poor Koreans), we dive since 1745... Bias. |
