is tech trance techie trance or tracny techno?

i have a small opinion on the topic, definately nothing official thats for sure, but I feel that tech trance is a genre that doesn't exist or at least anymore. reason I feel this way is because it seems to be too borad of a description.
it would suggest that its trance with a techie feel - great news I love trance, but ive heard so many tunes classed as tech trance and it just sounds like techno or even just noise.
I'd say this sample is trance in a way. its tracny for sure and its progressive in a way. it seems to be more groove oriented then "journey like" but one could argue it is trance. Could have a house influence to it.
I'm not too familiar with techno, but if this track has alot of techno characteristis, then it could surely be labled tech trance.
personally not a fan of this sample.
