RJ 10 – 11:15
Seneca 11:15 – 12:30
James Lauer 12:30 – 1:45
Mike Khoury 1:45 – 2:45
KCJ 2:45 - close

so the crowd in the suite was rockin out to mike's set..nice. good job mike.
hernan...amazing...if anyone has a tracklist that would be awesome.
im still skeptical about the crowd at crobar though. maybe its just too big..:conf: but not a huge fan of crobar..
seneca..sorrie i missed ur set.
james and mike..two thumbs up. :disbelief |

Seneca & RJ, I'm so sorry we missed you due to scheduling conflicts. You know there;s plans in the works though ;) James rocked it and Mike, as discussed, "This set is amazing, Hernan Cattaneo is in the other room but everyone is having TOO GOOD A TIME TO CARE."
Hernan played a lot of familiar songs at first, but the last half hour was shear bliss.
This entire weeknend has been spectacular |

another pure event, another sausage fest.
Seriously they do a damn good job of bringing in the gay crowd. Same thing for James Holden. Which is fine, gay people are cool but the thing is I like for an even ratio at a club.
More or less the same thing in the suite. Damn theres like 1 ok girl and shes dancing in front of the booth like shes all that. Newflash to all the guys standing around oogling over her: its not going to score you any points if you watch her dance like youre watching a stripper.
Dj Seneca was alright. Only stopped in for a quick minute. Prefer the mainstream stuff in the main room. Thought about making some kind of scene but decided it was better not to get kicked out.
HC is not really my favorite dj but he wasnt bad. Saw some people I could definitely identify as Argentine immigrants.
One thing. Some one needs to teach people in Chicago how to do the train in the club. You know what Im talking about. When people in real clubs move around they move around in a train and dont stop dancing.
Once again people are talking on cell phones and just standing around drinking even right up in front. It didnt bother me so much because I already knew the crowd would suck going on. My expectations for Chicago could not be any lower. The suite is better when its vip and theres hot chicks. Not like this event where anyone could enter.
Overall not a bad event for Chicago. |
