GABRIEL & DRESDEN REMIXING CONTEST WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

DJ/producers Josh Gabriel and Dave Dresden listened to tons of remixes from all over the world (Israel, Taipei, Sweden, Australia and Poland being just a handful of the countries represented). Contestants created many different interpretations of the duo's first single, "Tracking Treasure Down," from Gabriel & Dresden's self-titled debut album (Organized Nature, 2006).
And congratulations to Retrobyte!
He won a video iPod, Live 5, signed copy of Gabriel & Dresden's new cd, more Remix issues at his doorstep and VIP tickets to a Gabriel & Dresden show. Gabriel & Dresden also played Retrobyte's remix on the duo's "May Essential Mix" show on BBC1. To top it off, the guys signed one of Retrobyte's Summer Hit, "Going Down," to their label, Organized Nature.
Check out "Going Down" on Organized Nature and "Going Down (The Remixes)" on Undermine Records this fall. |

Well outside of everyone else's opinion....Retrobyte's remix does totally rock, an opinion shared by the likes of Pete Tong and everyone who heard it on BBC's Essential Mix.
This post is to announce winner and congratulate him. Maybe one can start their own post about Gabriel & Dresden and what they think about em, since this post isnt for that.
