| not much. there's room 960 in hartford. haven't been there cuz it's 21+. not many CT ppl into the scene though. I've met maybe one or two ppl who like this kinda music. |

| I just moved to NYC from Middletown a few months ago, and I hate to tell you darlin, but there ain't much of anything that I can think of. Clearly you already know about 960, you've posted about it before. New Haven has some good stuff. I will say that if you just want some cool little bars to hang out in (no dance music), I'm partial to Eli Cannon's and La Boca on Main St in Middletown. But this is the kind of place where you hunker down for a beer. Actually -- if it's a Sat or Sunday and the weather's good, go to Harbor Park in Middletown. The crowd is older sometimes, but they often have a band outdoors, and dance music (nothing to speak of) inside. And it's right on the river. |
