I got a new mix done in this crazy sleepless night. This time Im talking minimal tracks mostly spicing it up here and there with a progressive touch and ending it up with a bit of psy.

I got some of Alex Under's best tracks, along with some classics like Fortuito and Deep South ( D'Julz Remix ) to get you bouncing on the driver's seat in case you take a night drive with the set in the player all in a very Poker Flat abience.

Im looking forward to see what you guys think.

Playlist will be coming shortly...

link Click, save and RENAME the file from mp3z into mp3 ( donno wtf is wrong with the server but won't work otherwise )

Cheers !

Minimal music, like techno, is very repetitive and gets boring really quickly. For this reason a dj must keep mixing a new record almost every few minutes. Often you use more music in a minimal set than you do say a trance set, for example. You did not do that with this set. If you’re one of those who prefer to play the record out entirely at least pull a James Zabiela and make up for the long length with effects such as looping, 3 deck mixing, and/or any means necessary to prevent redundancy. Your mix does not suck as I did enjoy the first and last 12 minutes of your set plus the track that starts at the 28th minute mark. That’s 5 tunes if I’m not mistaken. Your mixing is excellent except for a little mishap at the 33rd minute mark. It can happen to anybody so no problem there. Overall I was ‘owned’ to a minimal extent –pun intended. All I have to say is be more creative and vary a little more on your next mix.

Well thanks alot for your feedback ...

In fact the track that starts at 28th minute is the 8th track ( Dominik Eulberg & Gabriel Ananda - Schierker Kreisel ) not the 5th :P Maybe the mixing was so good you couldn't feel the tracks changing :D:D ( just joking ).

Thanks for the advice man ... I really like all the tracks in the set and I thought it would be great to have'em all in the same place. Similar style indeed but they are all deep minimals so I donno ... may seem a bit too "constant" for some more energic people that enjoy trance more than minimal ;) I think it's all a matter of taste rather than mixing skills.

I will try and follow your advice next time ;)

Thanks again
