I'd like this Movado Imperio, even though the design is, I believe, a few years old... When it comes to watches, I like simplicity, not goddamn notches and numbers and dials and alllll over the place, that drives me insane. To cluttered. This I like.

I've got an ooooold Perry Ellis chronograph in a drawer here, broken steel band, an Esquire that was a TREMENDOUS waste of money with a broken titanium band (no jewellry place can fix either of these watches which pissed me off), and now I've got a Fossil that I've deemed to be pretty nice. I got sick of my breaking, so this Fossil 11 year warranty might come in handy.
No more 'nice' watches until I've got some real coin. |

Guess watches are just Timexs with a different name. They may look good but the quality is . |

Thank you everyone, for sharing your watches and providing your feedback! Today I'm gonna go to Pacific Mall to check out the replica versions of some of those pricier ones just to see what's up.
Then this weekend I'm probably gonna head to Bloor Street for a little more research...
Yeah, raveed and John, those SLR and Bentley versions are absolutely kick-ass!!!!! :toocool: |

There is a reason why I said you should look at the Breitling watch ONLY if you are swimming in cash...to be more specific, that watch costs almost as much (if not more) as the 2 bedroom condo my mom just recently purchased :wtf: :wtf: :wtf:
It is a piece of art though, not taking anything away from it. Watches are one of my weaknesses :p
*Edit*
There are much cheaper versions though, this could actually be the cheaper one, but I know there's a Bentley Breitling watch that costs 91,000 British Pounds...:wtf: |

| LOL there is a Rolex Daytona (like my #1 pick) that is going for $60,000 on ebay. It's a full platinum case and bracelet, with a diamond-studded bezel. :wtf: Can you say rap artist? :haha: :p |

My personal favourite is Movado, but unfortunately I couldn't afford to spend $1500 on a watch when I decided to purchase one and my Movado watch is still in my head as a purchase, but I opted for an ESQ watch and I love it...
Swiss movement is the way to go.
I don't know if you are planning a vacation anytime soon, but the best prices I have ever seen watches, jewellery and diamonds for that matter was in St. Martaan. Next time I go there, I am going with a huge sum of cash. The prices are unbelievable and the stuff is authentic... seriously... I am getting shivers just thinking about it.
$500 US for the Movado watch I wanted that is $1750 plus tax here in Canada... I just can't believe it.
And loose stone diamonds as almost half the cost of what they would be here in Canada... truly amazing! |

best looking watch I've ever seen, excluding the same model in solid gold, of course. pure classic |
I have the pictured one in replica... stainless steel and bubble-back to see the oyster-perpetual movement. Interested? I'll look for it if you are. Wore it only a couple of times on nice occasions. |
