a great night! even though nic and desyn have completely diff styles of mmusic, i really didn't mind them mixing it up by tagteaming on the decks for several hours. 3 hours of straight fanciuli would have been boring anyways. for those that stayed til the end, Desyn danced in the crowd with us for the encore. i went up to him and told me 'YOUR BALANCE 008 WAS ING MINT!!!!" to which he shaked my hand to thank me and patted me on the back. nice guy!

Had an awesome time. First time at TiL and i was totally impressed by the place. Loved the beats. Fanciulli and Desyn did a wikkid job tagteaming on the decks, hopefully i'll be able to catch more of Desyn at Cozo as i wasn't able to stay til the end.

my review should be started off with a big
HOLY !
this was my favourite night at this is london so far. i arrived at 10pm and joe manzone hit the decks as soon as he got settled in. he played a very chilled out set. it was probably my first time hearing him play like this. i didnt think it was possible for them to play slow because i usually hear them banging it out with awesome tribal and electro but i was so wrong. knowing that they are capable of doing this, i think they are two of the most versatile house djs in the GTA right now.
nic started after joe. i couldnt hear much of what he was playing (damn booze) but i was moving to it. desyn's set was good but a little too proggy for me. i love prog but was not in the mood for it last night.
i met a crapload of people last night. everyone was awesome and was there to enjoy the music. true househeads.
to my birthday girls, tania and deana, i hope you both had a good time last night. i <3 you two.
fuad, duuuude, you ing bastard! i was already inebriated when you saw me by the bar in vip with my bottle of stoli but you took my drunken retardation to another level. you are a great host whenever i see you. your bartending skills would make any venue go broke. vodka cran with 3/4 glass vodka and 1/4 cranberry. lol. i was a mess and i owe it all to you. thank you for a great night. :crazy:
tara, im waiting to see you on the ta forums. you told me last night that you will be joining very soon so we are all expecting you. :p
dallas, sorry to see you get booted from the club but was it really necessary to shove a guy that was only walking by behind you? especially when he was a bouncer? lol. i wouldve loved to help you in that situation but you were totally in the wrong. we still had a blast though!
tota was in full effizzle last night. it was great to see everyone. tranceaddict be runnin tings, seen!

What a night....
Danced it up proper the minute we got there, love when there is no one on the floor, all the more room to move. The place started to fill up nicely and still didn't stop me from movin. I have been waiting for this night to happen for a long time and it did not disappoint. Fanciulli and Masiello have a pretty different sound and the back 2 back was not totally workin for me at the beginning. But they still brought it. I think both them did an awesome job vibing off one another. Awesome tunes, awesome group I was with, couldn't have asked for anything more. Well maybe one thing....
BRING FANCIULLI INTO TORONTO FOR A LONGER SET AND ON HIS OWN....
It was great seeing many familiar faces. Joe and Yvonne you guys rock, always put a smile on my face when I see you. |
