I can imagin Cappella is not considered real Eurodance. There first track called "Everybody" had just one word in it. Guess which :)
Same maybe goes for 2Fabiola which had a different sound. They more belong to the groups like Red5 and DJ Quicksilver.
Hadaway, Twenty4Seven (Slave to the music), Dr Alban, 2brothers on the 4th floor, Captain Jack, DJ Bobo, Masterboy, Mr Predident were the real Eurodance groups.
Because more and more vocals were used the line between Eurodance, Techno, Happy Hardcore and Trance with vocals became vage. Also because some producers start making "softer" tracks. Like Mental Theo & Charly Lownoise:
