Strongly Agree. MissyM has stated multiple times that she does not wish any of her photos to be posted on this site, and we've all respected her wish. For you to go and find a photo of her on her personal myspace page and post it in a thread entitled "Who would be most likely to fist MissyM?" is degrading and pathetic. Now that you've completely banned her from the website solely because her sister rather heatedly contested your decision to remove her access from the Australia forum, one can only assume you posted the picture to embarrass and humiliate her further because she cant even post here to tell you to remove it and you wont even listen to people like Paulie who've rightly said its not very nice posting peoples pictures without their permission.

oh come off it.
You said it yourself, the pics were from her myspace page. Therefore in the public relm, therefore accessible by everyone, therefore there shouldn't be a problem with Coup getting it.
And there have been pics of her posted here before, so theres no issue. |

Just because MissyM posted pictures on her myspace page in no way meant she wanted a stranger to go through her pictures so he could find one and post it in a thread entitled "who is most likely to fist missym?" MissyM has stated multiple times that she does not wish any of her photos to be posted on TA, and considering the last photo of her was posted several months ago it means everyone here has respected that wish.
I'm not sure if you've used Myspace before but there is a BIG difference between it and a public internet forum like Tranceaddict, considering that to merely make a post on her myspace page you not only have to be added to her "friends" list but the post also has to be checked by her to verify that it doesn't contain anything nasty is indicative of that.
While you may be right from a legal standpoint that anything posted on a myspace page including a MP3 becomes "public realm" and therefore accessible to everyone as soon as its uploaded, i doubt that makes it any more ethical to use someones photo against his or her will.
If i were to find a strangers picture and photochop his head onto porn and post it up here would it be right by you? Both the porn and the picture are public realm afterall ;) |

The pic was posted to subtley have a dig at both Anita and MissyM... Now even though I have no idea what either of them look like, nor do I care for that matter... Im taking a wild guess that MissyM isnt the "hot one on the right" ( even if the one on the right isnt even hot ) implying the other two are ugly ducklingz...
If MiSSYm doesnt want her pic to be posted on this site she has every right to ask for it to be removed irrespective where it came from |
