BPI = British Phonographic Institute. basically same thing as the RIAA in britain.

only BOOTLEG, which does not consist of stuff broadcast over the radio or as a simulcast.

well they have every single broadcast from the bbc on that site so i think they are screwed :( sucks cus i was really into it

radio broadcasts are ok, it's the unauthorized/unlicensed club recordings that are probably getting them...

That and people make "sets" of singles and post them. They are really sharing singles as opposed to posting a real DJ set, promo, radio recording, etc.
