Does anyone know how to shrink photo's on windows? I have a load of photo's from my thailand trip that i want to send out on an e-mail but they are far too big. I've had a look on winzip but can't find anything...?

Go into Paint
then Stretch / Skew and scale to the size you want it to be
then Save As and select JPGE to compress the BMP

I cant believe winzip didnt help *cough*

its a bit tedios using paint

try get your hands on Adobe Photoshop, load up all your images at once then write a macro to re-size them. But I guess since you're asking a question like this, you wouldn't have any idea what I'm on about.

Theres a few programs that can convert batches of images, try hunt for em

Picasa from google can do batch edits! IS pretty handy

best way i reckon is to select all the photos in the folder, then on the left hand panel under "File and Folder Tasks", select "Email The Selected Items" and then choose "make all my pictures smaller" and it will automatically resize them for ya ;)
