| so if armin plays something that makes it trance automatically? i thought it was more electro than anything i dunno. i left out the rest of the dane bit because i wanted to focus on the loudness idea. spybar in chicago is insanely loud and after going there i thought only of using that specific part. |

I just wish his voice wasn't pitched up so much... doesnt sound like him too much.
but the remix is pretty good. I hope it gets released lol

Personally I think the track is perfect as you gave it to me Blake. I've been hammering it out ever since you have given it to me and have heard nothing negative about it. EVERYTIME I get a positive response...
it's sickkkk on the dancefloor!! Opening for Second Sun, Therapy Indy and Monday @ Crobar people were flippin' out.
I'm lovin' it... just master it and that's it. If you around with it too much, it becomes a different animal altogether. |

BTW - I actually liked what you've done so far. Is there anyway to use the sample but at the normal pitch? It sounds weird listening to his voice at a higher pitch than normal. |

| i havent been able to hear the armin excerpt of it because i am on vacation with only internet access via my treo but i would imagine armin pitched the track up quite a bit and thats why you guys think it sounds a bit chipmunky. the original is at 125bpm so if he played it at say 130 it would be quite drastic and could also make the music and percussion sound way different too. |

Heh, the bpm counter on my winamp shows that he played it at 136, huge difference there. |

yea i listened to the asot clip and its definitely super pitched up. the original sounds MUCH better imo.
(by original i mean the version in seneca's set - dont worry blake i haven't pirated a fellow mwta ;)) |

jesus christ yeah an 11 bpm difference wow. im grateful he played it but i hope people dont think thats how the original sounds. |
