I'm having barely any sleep this week, as I'm now facing the finals, lots of unexpected works and things I had not managed to finish earlier.

Although I'm not looking forward to living this against anytime soon, it's not that bad. When I'm tired, I become extremely emotional, and I'm living under some sort of Care Bear state. It's quite good, as I see some positive things on people I had not seen before.

And I often sound like I'm drunk :p

Awwww that is so sweet :D

Yea.. there is a Jazz Festival going on right in front of my building, so I went to bed at 6:30AM, and they have been keeping me awake since 8:30AM. This will go on until 11PM tonight = no nap for me.

So today I am running off of 2 hours sleep. 5 hours sleep over 3 days isn't good.

Imagine the happy, nice, friendly Theresa I am on a normal basis, and then flip it to cranky, moody, emotional, bitchy Theresa. It isn't pretty.

Maybe you should get this thing called, "Self-control". It saves lives.

Maybe you should kiss my ass and not assume that I don't have any self control.

Thanks.

It's not my fault that you don't get any sleep and then complain about it on these forums. It's easy, follow my lead:

Go to sleep earlier! If you did that from the beginning, there would be one less thread from you. :)

My good luck streak ran out about 2 months ago and my coping tactic seems to be withdrawing from everything. It makes things so much more awesome

It isn't as easy as you think. If you had read my previous posts, you would have noticed that I mentioned a festival that is going on in front of my house. This cuts into a large chunk of my sleeping time.

Yes, I went to bed late last night, and that was entirely my fault, however, as I said, I was emotional. Either way, I wouldn't have fallen asleep, so instead I called a friend and she helped cheer me up.

It may be easy for you to just shut yourself off and be able to sleep on demand, unfortunately, it isn't that easy for me.

For the record Temp, I am not sure who you are, but in case you weren't aware, I have been a member of these boards for the last 3 years, and in that time have made some very close friendships with many others that also frequent these boards. We all use this forum to vent about our lives, about our relationship things etc. etc... it's just the COR, and it keeps many entertained. So, perhaps you don't like my thread, and that is fine, but someone else may appreciate it.

On that note...

TREE!! What's the matter? You find withdrawing makes things better? I find it makes things a lot worse.
