Spray pattern on the wall suggests that it wasn't a roadside bomb in the room.
If I were to guess; it looks to me that someones throat was slashed while in their bed hence the pattern on the windowed wall. What doesn't help is that the bedsheets are red in order to find where the blood flowed on the bed.
There seems to be some red coloration on the drapes but this picture makes it hard to actually pinpoint much of anything.
Until autopsies are released there's no exacting of anything.
