Yeah yeah, searchbutton sure.
So what are some good soundcards (for a pc) for around 200 bucks.
I was thinking the Delta66?
Any other suggestions? |

Your question is way to open ended.
You need to narrow down what you need.
Does it need midi I/O. Does it only need one output and a whole lot of ins. Does it have to be balanced.
A better idea is to search the forum. Look around at different brands. Check the price, then ask here about what people think about a specific card. |

I'm just looking for general suggestions.
It doesnt need midi I/O. I'm not too specific as to how many ins/outs it has to have...as long as it has both...
I can't imagine there are THAT many choices in the 200 dollar range.
Delta44
Delta66

Arent atleast two of those more audio interfaces rather than PCI cards?
Also I can't find any of those for 200 dollars (more 300-500), I should clarify, that I can't go much over 200.
I don't think I'm really interested in external audio interfaces (Aside from the breakoutbox on the delta66) As latency is a major issue with me, and I don't imagine audio interfaces are the best way to deal with that. |

Look at some e-mu products.
The ones I have mentioned can be baught for their price. They are only around $250 and you could probably knock more off that. I think you could get most of the ones i mentioned for around 200-220. |

I can't go the ebay route, but I'm looking at getting the audiophile 192 anyways. |
