Maybe if I didnt do things with video editing.. this might have been freaky?
But I dont understand how radial blurs and rumbling can scare people. I could take strens movie and do the same thing. Make someone scream.. throw in some radial blurs when certain people are on and boom. Same thing. |

Oh, yeah, the flaws:
- The FX: In spite of the driver's request to turn the camera off, the lad with the camera seems to be shooting everything with the camera in his eyes (because of the angle). By the time he recorded Teresa speaking, he should be able to see "the interference" (or whatever that was supposed to be. Also, as others have pointed out, those are basic effects.
- It doesn't show the accident properly (when the normal reaction is to see what's going on). Instead, when the car "crashes", it shows Teresa panicking. Some Portuguese blogger swears he saw a little skull while the car was wiping out, but I've never seen it.
- There's some inconsistency with the time. It claims to be shot during a period when some of the things shouldn't exist yet (once again, this has been claimed by Portuguese viewers who live in the area), being a proof that the film is recent.
- If it were real, it certainly would be far more popular than an underground internet video.
