ken shamrock is now 0-4 when it comes to grudge matches.
It was a good call by Dean to stop the fight since he wasn't blocking the shots, but , its been pretty evident he wasnt in any real danger since hes already brain damaged =slash= head of steel.
Ken shamrock has actually used this "block the punches with your face" strategy before in Japan A LOT. He usually tries to get people carried away with their striking while he works a submission. He did this a lot to get leglocks/kneebars on people (which i think was happening in Shamrock/Franklin)
The PPV was total shamble. Tito/Shamrock sucked and Arvloski/Syvlia sucked big time.
The only good out of it was the announcements of Babablu/Liddell and the concrete match for Vanderlei Silva and Liddell in November |

i've been checking into UFC stuff since that UFC vd Tyson thread a week or two ago.
not really too impressed with these guys fighting. look at this fight you guys are talking about. these guys would just get destroyed by tyson...

I'm just saying, he did the same thing last time. Tito talked all this and Shamrock thought he could take him. Tito kicked his ass. I don't know if there was as much smack talk this time around but, man....owned again. |

Shamrock to me seems like a mindless tool who's uncomfortable with his self, and overcomes that feeling by bulking up and trashtalking...
