Where did the old trance go?

I remember back in the "good old days" when Paul van Dyk ruled the
dance scen with old mellow/melodic trance. You know, back in '99
and '00? Now, we only hear the dark, anti-love trance! Emotionless
and pumping hard trance...
Please give my post a chance and pick out an old liveset from 99,
listen it through and you'll see my point when you drop that tear.
"Trance is like an onion, take a deep breath and you'll cry."
(By the way, I believe the new hard and pumping trance can be cool,
but I want the love, not the destructive bass!) |

queenfields....lmao.....hey will have all dealt with this subject of where "the melodic trance".....its here...2001 was dead...wake up and smell the coffee ..its back the badazz trance is here...2002 is so far on par with 2000 with good releases...just chilll out and dont sweat it. |

id say 2000 was a good year bro....we had the releases of tiesto's revolution cds...and thats the last time oakenfold was at creamfields..matt darey was still active in 2000....2001 was the only bad year. |
