Well portugal was just unlucky, because 3-0 (later 3-1) didn't give a fair picture of the game. Portugal played nice fast football for a while, but in the end Germany was the better team. :D |

France - Brazil ==> I just couldn't believe that they were losing so the last 10 minutes was a very exciting part. |

Most entertaining match by far: Croatia-Australia. 4 goals, a brilliant free kick starting the game, a dodgy keeper making an ass of himself all the time, a brilliant goalkeeper on the other end making a superb exhibition, and a completely bat insane referee making even more an ass of himself.
Good games:
Argentina - Mexico
Italy - Ghana
Italy - Germany
the first half of Argentina - Ivory Coast
Sweden - England
Spain - France
and as much as i don't want to remember it, Germany - Portugal
the Portugal match i most enjoyed watching from a fan point of view was against Iran - tough to get the first goal, took us a lot of time, but it was quite a nice exhibition even if Iran ocasionally got themselves a chance too
another game that i loved watching was Czech Rep - USA. Rosickyyyyyyyyyy :D
and pretty much the rest of the cup was . The guy above me mentioned Argentina-Germany but personally i thought it was the most disappointing match of the cup, i was expecting something epic but it was so monotonous. Argentina swapping passes at the back for like half the game, and finally Germany winning on penalties. :o :( |
