trancaholic
I've been hooked to this tranceaddict site for quite some time, but I've noticed that some of the "oldies" have disappeared. Are the following persons still observing the discussion in these forums?!? Jukx, DJ Furee, Mindbender, Simcut etc? tu_face, agi, Doombringer, Mizzuno, trance[]control-fan and Morbius are still with us, but I kind of miss the discussions I had with the others.
Does anyone know if they have left this board for good? And why???
I've recently found myself being less observant to posts regarding things like "Tiesto is the greatest musical genious ever", "what do you think of..." and other posts I used to discuss passionately about. - Is this the first step to abandonding this community? What new topics are there left for us?

I just think that I've posted my opinion enough times already, but then again..

Please reply if you reckognize any of these thoughts...

umm not that i've been around for ages or anything, but topics i'm sure are endless..
what you could do, if u find posts by me or n e one uninteresting.. is post ur own.. i'm sure there'd be more than willing people waiting to reply to those.. =p
agi
I think i know what u mean trancaholic, i have found that even though i might visit the site, i find myself not posting as much. Dunno why. Also just back from a club in town and i am really steamin, i'm not sure how i'm actually managing to type and if i' making any sense, but had a bangin night which is the main thing.

Peace
tc-fan
hey thanks for mentioning my name....that was nice of you...
Suzaku
I'd have to agree with agi and trancaholic on this one, even though I still visit the site and forums all the time I post less than I used too. Some of it is probably due to the influx of newbies who post threads that a lot of the older people have already covered. I guess you can only say "I love trance" so many times........ awww screw that I'll say it as many times as I want "I LOVE TRANCE"

I have a feeling most of the people you mentioned who are MIA are still floating around.

What it is is that before this site became super popular, everybody basically knew everybody else on this site. There were so few people that with every discussion you got to know everyone else's tastes and personality more and more. Now that there are like a bazillion other forum members the forums have become less and less personal. I've definetely noticed that I don't log onto the forums so much anymore ... Oh well, the more people, the more exposure I get to music, which is why I joined this site in the first place
mindbender
Ohh :) It almost feels that I'm missed; sweet. Well I'm still alive and kicking (although I should have died on January 15th according to that one prediction). Anyway, there are so many guys posting/reading this board nowadays that it's easy to miss posts by certain people + I usually post only when I have something to say (unlike now lol).
I also think that we have posted our opinion on so many things that it feels unnecessary to reply "yeah, I think Tiesto really rules!" or "my top 3 favorite tunes are..." etc. not that there is anything wrong with such topics.

Ahem, while I am it, let's post some tips to great tracks:
Vincent De Moor - Fly Away [Thrillseekers Remix] <--
Tenth Planet - Ghosts [Vincent De Moor Remix] <--
Dumonde - Never Look Back
Cyro Culture - Trancefusion
Rock City - Winter Melody [Extended Mix]
Nexxus - Cry [Club Mix]

And yeah, if they aren't new in your opinion, shrug.. sue me! :D

Maybe we need some "veterans"-group for people with over 100 posts or who have registered 3+ months ago =)

PS. Two things that annoy me; same topics over and over again + HUGE animated GIFs (or some other bull) in signatures :D

I love you all.

peace - love - unity - respect
Suzaku
Good to see you back mindbender! You always had some of the more constructive posts :D

BTW is there anyway I can get that 10th Planet - Ghosts (VDM mix) off of you? I've been looking for that mix for a while.
Suzaku
Heh well silly me, found the song five minutes after I replied... wicked track!!!!
mindbender
=) Thanks Suzaku, good to see you too! Btw, I uploaded that VDM mix of Ghosts to Swamper's FTP so if he puts it up, you all can easily get it. It's a very cool track. I also upped 80M+ Proteus - Hard NRG Mix which is soooooooo banging stuff that it blows your mind. :D

Yeah , I agree with you guys here...
Most topics nowadays sux A$$.
But... we can always make some cool topics... ehm... that is... if anyone can think of something nice :D

But I think this message board gets to many members and to quick... there are 1644 members at this time... and I think only 50-60 of them post frequently...

Hehe... I don't care if they post Yes or No , but I DO know some of them have some interesting new stuff to tell us , but are afraid(?) to tell it to us. Or something like that :p (hehe... we aren't gonna bite you guys/gals , at least... not if you make us to :D)

So let those Posts coming People.
Jukx
I'm still alive!!! I only blew up my computer so I couldn't use it for a month or so.
Hey thanx for mentioning my name man!
But I do agree... I also miss those days when everybody knew everybody on the site and it was still possible to read every new post.
Mindbender, this could have been my own words: "PS. Two things that annoy me; same topics over and over again + HUGE animated GIFs (or some other bull) in signatures"
Occrider you're right saying the forums have become less and less personal... that's the reason why I don't post that much anymore.
Maybe Swamper can make a Veterans-group???? That would be great cause I MISS YOU GUYS!!! :P
