just an observation, and now the fact that you are so clearly are defensive about the topic you proved my point.
I also have lots of other things in my life going on, in fact I havn't been out to a club the entire summer because I've been so busy, but that doesn't mean I don't have time to discover new music. There are plenty of internet based radio programs/pod casts around www.di.fm is a start, and a ton of sets posted here on TA. My advice take some time to download & burn stuff, pay attention to what you enjoy and then go from there to discover what DJ's and artists you like. |

| Dude, I hate to kick a person when they're down (and you got knocked down by illiptical worse than Materazzi got knocked down by Zidane), so I'm actually gonna help you out here: The biggest events generate the largest amount of posts in their respective event thread. Go to events forum, and see which threads have the most posts - those are the biggest parties. |

I am not being defensive, I could care less if you think I got to club to do drugs or to listen to music. I just hate when I ask a question people always start saying stuff that is in no way related to what I asked. I ask for advice because obviously many of you here know much more then me and for me to come down to toronto takes time and lot of money so I don't want to show up just for any random stuff. And I know what I like...I like trance and personally there isn't a trance set that sucks that I've downloaded from this site. mainly because only the good ones are put on, but anywho thanks for the tips and sorry for flippin. |

Dude I know that, but umm that doesn't necessarly mean its a trance event does it ? yeaaaaaaaaah eh ! And fing Itals on the soccer pitch fall down like rotten trees when you touch em. |

most if not all BIG nights (Labor of Love, Decadence, US series, Halloween, New Years, Valentines Day, Destiny Parties) have a variety of types of EDM ie. Trance, House, Techno, D&B, Jungle, Breaks. |

dude.. go to http://www.thedjlist.com/djs/ and click on every single one of the dj's and learn what they spin. Then go to the event forum and see when they are playing, or better yet, go download some of their stuff and see if you like it before you go see them :) |

Well it somewhat does matter. If someone tells me a house DJ is spinning and I never saw him I'll assume he will play house and then he starts dropping trance bombs, well i think it does matter. |
