It just gets better and better - for this little shindig we invited Seneca to tag team with us as we open up for DJ Micro (We figured it was the only way to actually get him to come out for one of our shows). We've had a very positive response to having our favorite locals tagging with us and we intend to continue it in the same vein in the foreseeable future.

You'll notice the little black stripe on the cup, where you got to write your name, I had one that said Ultimate Warrior & one that said Jake the Snake Roberts (not pictured). Unfortunately they were only serving hard liquor, which meant I took a nap after the Jake cup before playing at Vision. If anyone noticed in the penthouse, my gig bag was pretty much a mini-bar ;)
Looking forward to this show very much, Micro was one of the 1st producers I got into (yes during the good ol' trance days) and Seneca has always been one of my favorite locals, so this whole show is really quite an honor to be a part of. |

We hired an image consultant. He recommended that we stopped referring to ourselves as alcoholics, and stop getting photographed with a gallon of liquor in our hands between the two of us.

wow, I may have to come just for my first show at a club in Chi-town. Also, it would be wicked to support the Ta's, which doesn't really matter because you guys are good DJs even if you arnt TAs.

I gave up drinking until I forget a whole night a while ago, but I would be tempted to have my 3 month release that night. Too bad I am pretty broke.
on that note, time to go to the Thursday night thing, get drunk and grill out at a friends haus, to bad he is into alt rock :( and my friend who is my partner in EDM is back in Jordan for the rest of the summer :( |
