New Sticky Threads

Every day there is a new thread on
1. The Best Trance Vocals
or
2. Best Live Sets or Your Favorite
maybe we could have a sticky thread for these since they happen like 10 times a week...and it would free up some clutter...jus seems crazy to have the same threads started over every day or so...

| Agreed. It is almost instinctive for newer members to each post at least 1 of these. And there is a constant flow of new members. Make stickys or something please. |

| Well this is a kinda good idea, but i am not a big fan of stickies. Maybe a section for music revies, top tune etc. But i think that when a member signs up it should say please dont post this crap, it is annoying :) |

| well we could put together some sort of trance chart like www.ivibes.nu and that should stop all those stupid top 10 threads but i think that would also take too much time and effort to setup for something this insignificant. then again the way ivibes has it, we do the track title submits and we do the voting. so it may or may not be that much work. i dunno, even though i brought it up, i still don't think its the best idea but it is something we can work with. :) |

a good idea! itd give people a good place to look for songs and stuff.. if there is a way we could have some sort of "voting page" andthen have it listed, like in a poll, but more "chart oriented."
hmm.. broken thoughts are ok, right?

i myself am getting tired of the sticky threads... time to retire some of them to the "classics" archives...
The music and chillout rooms have like 6 or 7 sticky threads each... if we keep adding stickies, the entire first page of every forum will be sticky.
We should just convince the newbies to actually do some research if they want to know. 9 times out of 10 its not them wanting to know what your favorites are, just them wanting to share their own anyway.
Let them dig through the archives :)

| I agree. There are too many sticky threads in chillouts. I guess some of theme should be moved to normal threads. |
