So, here I am working on a song, and I start an arp, but as I continued it starting sounding familiar so I had to finish the familiarity. This sounds EXTREMELY familiar. I know I've heard it. What song is it?

Edit: I'm starting to think it might not be a song anyone knows. I really hope not, but it just sounds all too familiar.

EDIT 2: I updated the MP3 with what I completed tonight. Let me know if it sounds like another tune. If you have time, let me know what you think of what I have done thus far. I feel this is my first success at making a song in the true trance style. I really feel my recent study of music theory has helped me out. ;)

This is extremely frustrating. Does this ever happen to any of you where you play something you know you heard - at least you think you heard.

I could swear this has been done in some song I have heard. ARGH!!! :whip: :whip: :whip:

ROFLMAO :D :D :D

I hope I don't make the same mistake here. Heck, you didn't produce for the next two weeks; I haven't produced for the last 2 weeks. LOL!!

I updated the original MP3 to reflect what I was working on. I'm not sure if it still sounds familiar or not since I've heard it so much already.

If anyone thinks this sounds familiar, please let me know. I don't want to spend too much time on something that has already been done.

Thanks,
Adam
