thats so true...my friend spent like $700 dollars on his alarm with all sorts of gadgets...and i cant lie you could not steal the car by hotwiring/breaking column because he was the only one who knew how to start it...BUT one day he walked out of his house and saw his car gone...a week later they found the people who did it and they where asked how they got through the alarm and got the car started...they said that they couldnt get through the alarm so they flat-bedded the car away.....
so since they couldnt start the car because of the alarm they flat-bedded it...which goes to show you that no matter what you do and how good your alarm is...if someone wants to steal your car..>THEY WILL |

| I think I see more people wondering why their alarms are going off, rather than seeing actual carjackers being detered from the alarms. Most people just ignore car alarms altogether because they are so annoying. For example, if a car alarm is going off, I just keep walking. |

I consider myself as quite a good reader of the english language, but I don't know what flat-bedded is... could you explain that??

| I feel really bad for you DJ RozzeR. I dont know why people would take things to the next level and destroy your car in such a way. I myself have been mad at people and I thought of ways to get back at them and I've always thought about taking it out on their cars but I never went on with it. If someone ever did such a thing to me, I would go out of my way and spend a lot of time looking for the ******s who did it and then I'll settle the score. |

Hey DJ rozzer i know how u feel man,last Victoria day weekend early in the morn some punks broke into my beast(1977 Chev Bel Air)they broke the little side window and then unlocked the door to get in,once in they took out my 6X9's with screwdrives like wtf and then they tried to get into my trunk by trying to rip out my back seat luckily cars back then were made with quality so there was this big steel beam to get past and they couldnt so no subs for them but they got my amp instead=( then to make matters worse they used a screwdriver or something to damage the little connectors that the face plate goes in, so they were such lowlifes that since they couldnt steal it they decided to break it,like what in trailer trash does that? unfortunately my insurance was only colision so i had to buy it all back, and my deck kinda works but not perfectly so i have to buy a new one still, i have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE suped up now with an alarm at least but now i realize that removeable faceplates are nothing, so im not sure as to what to buy any ideas? good luck rozzeR.

4:th time they tried me and my friend where waiting.. the s came... we gave em a good beating! then we got the name and adress of the guy that had my ! then we gave him and his friend a good beating too... but my stuff was gone:( |
