Muscle Pains - Any tips on quick fixes?

I use tigerbalm when the muscle pain is terrible and it works great! But it smells aweful!!
I had to use some today, but I am going to be stinking up every place I go!
Anyone else use anything that works just as well or better that doesn't stink or have any side effects? |

| If you have the chance, jump into a HOT shower and do some stretching...if not, take aspirin or some pain reliever...these help sometimes as well :) |

There's a muscle relaxer I took when I had really bad back pain earlier this year...crap the box is at home though...I'll be sure to post when I get home. Sorry Linz!
I definatly prefer Advil or Ibprofen to Tylenol though. |

Yea tylenol doesnt work well for anything except for headaches atleast for me...
Hot shower, hot tub is the best solution imo because its funn...:) |

| Sleep is the best cure. And try to sit at a jacuzzi for a bit, does wonders. |

| you can buy those icy-hot patches (or just heat patches is my preference), they do wonders. |
