best trak by hybrid in my opinion. funny story behind it though,
this was meant to be a remix to Alanis Morissete's Jagged Pill, but when Hybrid presented the remix to her, she didnt like it, so they took the vocals out, and Accelerator was born!.

Great track indeed, one of my Hybrid favs and it's officially titled as Jaded Little Pill - Accelerator btw, probably to annoy Alanis even more hahahaha! I prefer the track as an instrumental as well even if the vocal version Alanis Morissette - So Pure (Hybrid remix) is pretty damn good as well.
I even like a few of Alanis' originals so it's a huge shame she doesn't like most of what EDM would have to offer. Especially because there has been a few fantastic remix works of her tracks over the years including the already mentioned track and Your House (Hybrid remix) and naturally the highly acclaimed Uninvited (Brothers In Rhythm remix) which both are also very very good but as with most remixes "disliked by the artist", they didn't get out officially either but only whitelabel releases.

As said above, the remix is of Alanis' So Pure. There is no track called Jagged Pill, but only an album titled 'Jagged Little Pill'. ;) |
