| I realize this is a bit of a stretch under the "Electronic" music catergory, but anyways, I'm looking for dramatic music that would be fitting to a movie or tv show, but music that has Asian type sounds/ influence. Thanks. |

Sasha - Minimal, Animal and Vegetable Qat (three seperate tracks, all from the Qat Collection). Long, elaborate prog house drenched in Middle-Eastern sounds. Vegetable is by far the best.
You can't go wrong with Juno Reactor either. And moving away from trance there's practically all ethno bollocks, such as Engima or Banco De Gaia. If you want cinematic stuff you cannot beat Enigma's Cross of Changes. (Note: while most ethno-bollocks acts are indeed bollocks, these two are very good). |
