Adults do not "need" calcium from bovine baby food (cow's milk). |

I remember hearing a speaker about this in a course I took at university.
Im not sure where I stand. Good points were made, but in the end I remembered, for me, I enjoy the taste of cow milk (be it skim, 1% or 2%), and I wasnt moved or convinced in enuff to further reconsider my milk drinking habits.
And NOTHING compliments cereal like milk! Cereal, one of my favourite fooods, is a shell of its potential w/o milk.
For that reason alone I cant see myself ever giving it up. I dont tend to usually drink milk straight, normally just in cereal. |
