Invest in some salicylic acid medication (Clearasil uses it), the kind that you leave on overnight, and drink a lot of water before you go to bed.

cover it up with band-aid. If anyone asks tell them your fiance hit you.

anyone have a quick fix? i cant use benzol perixiode. any suggestions?

What's the problem with benzyl peroxide? From my experience, bp is the best and most effective stuff to use if you have zits.

it works, to a point. it can also dry out your skin causing it to produce more oil which can clog your pores. best bet is probably toothpaste like someone said before.

my skin is sensitive to it and last time i used it, i got a big red rash. i did the salyctic acid thing, b/c if i did the prep h, i was afraid i would get a reaction, b/c of what can happen with some products i use. big red rash is worse.....

going to throw some toothpaste on it as well, and pray for the best, and hope my make up artist can do the best she can. off to bed!

thanks everyone for your suggestions!

oh, igk- lol.

Ice-it

Hold a cube of ice on it for about 10 minutes.

It works for the painfull ones under the skin. Instead of getting worse as they usually do untill they break the skin, it will just slowly disappear.

are you sure the BP you used was not 10%?

they sell different "doses" of BP
10% 5% and 2.5%
2.5% is considered the best one
no dryness and peeling, I used to use it every night couple of years ago
on the other hand, when I used the 10% dose I looked like I was skinned alive :nervous:

congrats on the wedding by the way :)
