Why not just get a girl to record them. Also, you can try searching the net for pre-recorded female vox.

Here is what you do...
1. Hire a singer "yes that will cost you like $50 an hour."
2. Rent a hi-quality microphone "I would let you use mine for free but you don't live in the hellhole of the US which I call the midwest."
3. Rent a quiet room from a studio "$100 an hour."
4. Record the vocal.
5. Pay your bills with the money you get from your killer track.

Google
AT&T TTS Demo
sounds really real.. but I think it's illegal to use it in a commercial track. Maybe they have a liscencing thing. |

There's a sweet analogue machine that achieves just the effect you're looking for!
It's called a "singer". :haha: :happy2: |

I dont want to sound like im having a go at you guys or anything but your posts are kind of useless.
The point is that he does not want to spend that extra cash for just a few vocal snipits.
Maybe a sample cd of somesort will do?
EDIT: Also, pitch and modify the synthesized voice because you will probably be generating the speech as monotone. Singers obviously will sing the notes and blalba. |

Well if he is looking for cheap vocals then crack Reaktor 5 or somthing and make a speech synth. Requires a bit of knowledge to do so "filtering and the whatnot."
Though that would require some amount of illegal activity. Atleast its a real and free solution :-?
www.nativeinstruments.com if you have $500 laying around :-D
