BTW, that Amazon woman > Kiera Knightley.

Kiera's character annoyed me the whole movie, while the Amazon turned me on (as long as you didn't look at her mouth and rather someplace else).

LOL...I know that's what they wanted everyone to feel though right?

I know that ending got me really annoyed. The moment, I saw the old captain emerge asking about his ship , I was like killer this is going to be good but the movie ended right there. Its like lord of the rings all over again:mad:

I read that Chow Yun Fat is going to be playing the pirate Feng Shao in the third and Keith Richards is going to take the role of Sparrows dad.

Keira was looking really nice and I agree about the amazon chick. She was sensual in a weird sorta way (maybe it was her accent, i dunno) but I hate Orlando Blooms character. Hes to plain and adds nothing to the movie but a sappy romantic doing everything in the name of love and I hope he walks the plank in the third. Sparrow should get Elizabeth.

I liked how they had the other 'dead' characters from the last movie reappear! Made the whole movie seem more familiar to me, which I appreciated. Brought me more into this film!

What dead characters are you talking about (apart from Barbossa)? The two pirates who were in the crew from the Pearl didn't die in the first one. A bunch of them are taken alive by the british at the end.

I stand corrected then.

I submit. Savvy?! Parley! PARLEY!

This second installment lacked much of the charm of the first. I think this is because it was a little too long on action at the expense of dialogue. That said, I was entertained and will likely see the next.

+1 that's exactly what i thought about it as well.

Totally agree with you there.

i dont like how characters that were supposedly killed off in the first part came back tho...

Apparently there is a version of the first movie that has an extra scene near the end which hints the dude may still be alive.

i thought it was an awesome movie. but at the end when carbosa (what ever his name it) came out, i thought he died in part one?
remember the fight scene when he gets shot?
che
was ok but nothing close to the first one. Kiera is smoking hot but her face expressions drive me nuts. Not a great performance by her at all.

I'll see the third one just cause i'm 2/3s into it, :D
