by over, i mean where you're trying to get them to.
instead of moving boy first, you can also move girl first. just switch the sexes of the stuff in the instructions, and it will be the same thing. |

It's exactly this type of thinking that would stop me from hiring you. You lack initiative. Maybe instead of waiting for them to tell you what to do, you could ask for more things once you finish, or perhaps find some stuff on your own... |

it's a shame you say that. because, frankly, you're basing this decision on simply what i said here. you have no idea about my other qualifications, and you have no idea that i am FULL of initiative. i haven't even begun to explain the extra effort i have put in to go to each person in my division to ask for work, or begin to read up on things to try and learn more (going to unnecessary lunch and learns to see if i can expand my mind, help out some more).
the point i was trying to make was that i had done everything in my ability to find work. and maybe if you spent a little more time to try to get to know me, you'd find that i'm not only direct and commanding of everything i do, but i'm also efficient and fast paced.
you give me anything to do, and i'll finish it in 10 times less time, arriving to near perfection. i've never had a job where my employer was not constantly surprised by my motivation, my speed, my accuracy, my optimistic and joyful personality, and my ability to get along with others.
and seeing as how you probably WOULD hire me because of those reasons, i definitely wouldn't come work for a narrow minded, quick to conclusions (incorrect at that), faulty person. you simply wouldn't deserve my talent. |
