I'm just wondering guys, I've been using reason for just about a year now, and I'm only just starting to produce more decent stuff, but still need to work a lot on the overall quality of the track.
So how long did it take you guys to do it? |

| About 2 years from beginning to make trance until a tune of mine was picked up from TA producers forums by a random DJ and played in a club. |

| its pretty hard to know if a track you made is good enough now. the music production forum aint like it was a year ago. nowadays you rarely see a familiar face in it and the posts on peoples tracks has reduced dramatically. |

very true - i remember a real community back then.. now i only comment occasionally due to the place seeming a bit empty for some reason..
anyways - many years ago i used a cs1x hooked to an atari and had a blast but i have to say i have been producing on proper pc hardware/ software for two years now and my tracks are no better ideas wise since i started. my mixing and production quality is a million times better and is just about to the level i want. all i need now is to catch onto the mastering game now..... |

its rare to get a good analysis of your track. people just write very good or needs more work.
theres very few left who actually analysis the track. rich you being one of them. all the people i remember have gone. wheres kopi these days. havent seen nomen nescio in ages either. slowly but surely their disappearing. |
