I don't think spinnin' has any grounds for complaining. This site is from Russia and Russia is known to a have a loophole in the artist royalty rights which allows them to sell music for this price *legally*.
The money will probably never actually arrive at the spinnin' office but that's another story.
Except for the Richard Gale remix which obviously wasn't signed by spinnin' all others are legal. And on the other side it is legal to sell it as the remix is property of spinnin' anyway, but then the question is if they got a hold of that track the legal way. You go boy and try to help, however I suspect you won't get far and neither will Spinnin'. It is financially not even interesting to start sueing internationally, do you know what that costs? |

its another one of these bull mp3 sites that pays nothing to the artists or labels and keep all the cash.
They charge a mega low fee just to draw people in and make money from illegal files...
happens all the time I'm afraid
let the label know and they should be able to do something |
